Involves replacing and/or retrofitting of all toilet assemblies, tub ad faucet components, and the installation of water saving showerheads and low flow faucet aerators. Periodic inspection throughout the course of the program ensures that all plumbing fixtures maximize water conservation.

Meter Monitoring

Involves auditing of water meter consumption on a monthly basis to ensure that sudden increases in consumption are detected and corrected.

Resident Awareness

Undertakes to provide tenants and building management with a toll-free hotline service to report any irregularities in water flow or problems with leaks.
